Well equipped and furnished library consists of over 10,000 Books by world renowned authors. Library consist text Books on teacher education, Education technology, education psychology, educational administration & Management Health Education, Computer Science and teaching methodology of  various subjects etc. with a 2000 reference books. Podar College campus has a well maintained sports field. The facility of playing cricket, basketball and volleyball is available here. The College also provides facility for indoor games like table tennis, chess, carom etc.

It is a wholly self-contained campus comprising of everything that students on campus would ever require. In order to take care of aesthetic dimensions of the campus, considerable efforts have been made in the recent past to beautify the campus. Greenery in terms of the grass, permanent green plants, trees, and flowers have been planted all over the campus. Horticulture maintenance and development have been meticulously monitored to cope up with the changing weather.

The College Library is one of the oldest and richest libraries in Rajasthan. It has equipped a large collection of books by Indian and Foreign authors. It has an open-shelf system for access to 80,000 books and exclusive collection of encyclopedias, It subscribes in large number daily news papers, magazines, journals and information bulletins of repute. Apart from the journals and the textbooks, the library maintains a rich Reference Section for year books, rare collections encyclopedia and dictionaries.

For the convenience of functioning, the library is divided into four sections:

(i) General Section
(ii) Text Book Section
(iii) Reference Section
(iv) Book Bank.

The Regulatory System of the Library:

(a) The library cards issued to students are non-transferable. The card holder has to bear the entire responsibility of the misuse or loss of cards.
(b) The No-Dues Certificate from the library will be issued only after the surrender of the cards.
(c) The loss of library card(s) should be immediately reported to the Librarian. The new (duplicate) cards can only be issued on payment of Rs. 5/- per card.
(d) Books are issued for a maximum period of two weeks (fourteen days). The borrower has to pay a fine of Rs. 1/- per day per book for the delay in returning the books.
(e) For a lost book, the borrower shall have to either replace the book along with the delay charges, or pay the current/ double price of the book (whichever is higher).
(f) The Students found guilty of stealing books or magazines shall have to pay a penalty amounting to ten times of the price of the book(s) or magazine(s).
(g) The production of the college Identity Card is a mandatory requirement to enter any part of the library.
(h) Students desirous of keeping books during examinations must deposit security money of Rs. 1000/- in case of U G classes and Rs 1500/- in case of P G classes or full price of the books whichever is more.
(i) Security money will be refunded to students on submission the ‘No Dues’ Certificate from the library.

Laboratories of Podar T. T. College are well equipped which transfers real experiences of tools & techniques to the students. All the Laboratories have state-of-the-art computer facilities for browsing information and sharing of knowledge and information by enabling the students to access the high speed internet facility. The computer centers are equipped with modern PCs having latest configuration, a variety of peripherals such as high speed network, laser and inkjet printing facility and DVD writers. Besides, it has sophisticated web-based integrated system facilitating continuous interaction between the faculty and students, in formulating academic assignments. Specific departmental laboratories are designed in such way that it covers all aspects of their academic curriculum which ensure real time and real hand practices.

The laboratories of Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology are well equipped and beautifully designed with all the modern facilities.

A huge attractive well equipped conference hall named Dr Ramnath A Podar Auditorium with a sitting capacity of five hundred is one of the fascinating features of the College. The architecture and designing of the hall doubles the outcome of any program organized here.

Nowadays, students remain busy in completing their projects and assessment and other academic assignments, thus, they need time to restrain and boost their power. Since there is a fuss in the academics and it is hard for each student to excel in studies, so it is an advantage to be a part of any extracurricular activity. It will not only help you to reduce your stress but can also help you to develop yourself as a successful athlete. Therefore, it is necessary to have sports facilities in college.

In the sprawling land, a wide and well maintained sports ground is created. The Podar College, Nawalgarh is one of the most popular Colleges known for its sports facilities.

The playground is available for various sports like Basket ball, cricket, football, Volleyball, etc. The students can also play indoor games like, badminton, table tennis, etc. The College gives full importance to the cognitive physical fitness of the students which, is only possible if they “unwind” themselves and play.

The College maintains its own fitness centre, the gymnasium. It is located in the campus possessing equipment for free weight exercises, bodyweight exercises, gym ball exercises / Swiss ball exercises, resistance band exercises, resistance machine exercises and stretching exercises.

The College organizes annual sports week both for girls and boys separately in the month of January. In addition, inter College, inter University and State level competitions are also organized in cricket and football along with other sports as per schedule of the University.

Objectives: The Hostel facility has been designed, constructed, and maintained keeping in view the comfort for students and maintaining an environment of the hostel conducive to learning.

Hostel life is one of the most enjoyable times of one’s life and this is no exception as far as Podar Hostel is concerned. Every hostel in the institute gives each ample opportunity to develop many qualities. The comfortable atmosphere, the air of geniality, and joviality make everyone feels at home. After the initial homesickness, it does feel like a home in the later stages.

Hostel life revolves basically around discipline, duty, and devotion. Where these three are concerned much is expected from students. A very high standard of discipline is demanded. Infringement of discipline would be viewed gravely by the hostel authorities; students must therefore ensure that there is no lapse on their part on this count.

For girls, the Trust provides a separate hostel facility with vegetarian food. The residential facility is provided on priority to the students of PG & Professional Courses at Management Institute (PIMS). The Girls belonging to any faculty / Program can avail the hostel facility. The hostel and mess facilities ensure that students get a homely environment and can stay comfortably. Hostels also have internet and recreation facilities.

Hostel Admission

The hostel facility is available for Boys and Girls separately.

Admission is open for any student who has confirmed regular admission to the College.

The application form fee is Rs 100/-

Lodging Charges (Ordinary Accommodation Rs. 18000/-, With Air Cooler Rs. 35000/- and With AC Rs. 55000/-).

Boarding Charge (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) Rs. 140/- Per Day.

Caution money is Rs 2000/- (refundable)

Students should note all relevant rules before confirming their admission to the hostel.

Hostel Rules and Regulations

A. Discipline

The applicant and his parent/guardian are requested to see all the facilities available in the hostel. After taking admission to the hostel no demand for any kind of facility will be entertained. Demanding for the additional facility will be deemed as indiscipline.
2. There may be an interruption in services due to unforeseen circumstances. The hosteller will have to bear the inconvenience caused to them.
3. All hostel residents are instructed to get their luggage checked by the warden/any authority appointed by the institution before occupying the room or at any time as the need be.
4. The use of electrical appliances like room heater, electric press, transistor, tape recorders, etc. are not allowed in the room.
5. Hostellers should strictly follow the timetable of the hostel as per a separate sheet.
6. Silence must be maintained on the hostel campus.
7. Television and lights must be switched off by 9.00 PM and 11.00 PM respectively.
8. Smoking, Drinking, Chewing Gutka Pan Masala, and Chewing Gum are strictly prohibited in the room/Hostel campus. Anybody found using any of these would be punished by the warden.
9. No border should loiter on the hostel campus during study hours.
10. Once the room is allocated at the beginning of the session the border should not ask for a change of room. The border should maintain a cordial relationship with the roommate(s), and abstain from using abusive language.
11. Hostellers are supposed to give due respect to their elders.
12. No room should be kept unlocked if there is no one in the room and the last person after locking should leave the keys with the security in charge.
13. No one is allowed to cook any kind of food in the hostel rooms and bring nonvegetarian food to the hostel campus.
14. No Hosteller should stay in the hostel during school/college hours. He/she must attend school/college regularly.
15. In case of an emergency like illness, the hosteller should send a written leave application duly countersigned by the warden to the head of the institution.

B. Visitation Rights and Outgoings

The applicant must bring three copies of passport-size recent photographs as follows:-
(a) One of the parents/guardians who will visit the hostel.
(b) One of the local guardians was introduced by the parents.
(c) One of his/her own.
2. Parents/guardians and local guardian can meet their wards from Monday to Saturday between 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm and on Sunday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
3. Any resident going out of Nawalgarh should take written permission from the warden.
4. They must sign out and sign in when leaving the hostel and return to the hostel every day and should be back by 6:30 pm.
5. Guardians visiting their wards should not enter the hostel directly. They may send a request to the warden who will then call the ward to meet his/her parents/guardian.
6. They will be allowed to visit their native place only by getting a written application from their parents.

C. Cleanliness, Health, and Hygiene

Cleanliness must be maintained in the room and around the hostel. The beds should be made daily and the room should always remain in presentable condition.
2. A person suffering from any hazardous disease remain will not be allowed to remain in the hostel.

D. Hostel Property usage

All fans, lights, and cooler must be switched off when not in use.
2. Boarders should turn off the tape after use.
3. Any kind of misbehavior with employees of the hostel and misuse of the hostel property will be treated as indiscipline and may lead to strict disciplinary action and the accused may be rusticated from the hostel.
4. The border will have to vacate the room and get the ‘No Dues’ within seven days of his/her last annual examination.

E. Hostel Mess

While having breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the dining hall all hostel residents must be properly dressed.
2. Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner should be taken in the dining hall only and as per the Mess timetable given on a separate sheet. No request for any change in timetable/menu will be entertained.

F. Hostel fees & Deposited

1. The total hostel fees on the annual basis however, the total hostel fees will be collected in two installments as per a separate sheet. 60% of the total hostel fees will be charged as the first installment, at the time of admission to the hostel. The remaining 40% will be charged as the second installment, which will fall due on the first working day of October.

The border will be required to deposit the second installment within 15 days of it is falling due date without any penalty. Boarders failing to deposit the second installment by the above-prescribed date, and if permitted to continue in the hostel, will be charged a penalty @Rs 50/- per day up to a further 15 days. Thereafter he/she will not be allowed to reside in the hostel.

If the hosteller decides to leave the hostel in mid-session, He/ She shall have to deposit the second installment of the fee failing which the ‘No Dues’ certificate will not be issued to him/her.
2. Border will be required to deposit security money, which is refundable on leaving the hostel and producing the ‘No Dues’ certificate as per a separate sheet.
3. Such border who is eligible and intends to continue their studies in Podar institution in the next session may request to put their bedding in the cloakroom during the summer break on payment as per rules.
4. Border request the facility of the cloakroom will prepare a list of bedding items and hand it over to the warden and get the receipt for the same. To get back the bedding this receipt will have to be produced.
5. Boarders are advised (A) not to keep with them valuable of any nature and kind and (B) not to keep with them cash exceeding Rs 500/-. Excess cash can be deposited with the college/school cashier and a receipt may be taken for the deposit. If the border ignores this advice, they do it at their own risk. The management is in no way responsible for the loss/theft etc. of the valuable/cash of the hosteller.
6. If any boarder leaves the hostel on his own accord in mid of the session and thereafter requests to rejoin the hostel in the same session, he will be required to pay Rs 500/- regarding processing charges and all the dues, if any, outstanding against him.

G. Food Court

A well-maintained college canteen is operated by catering professionals. Students are offered a wide range of snacks, beverages, and a variety of dishes and vegetarian-only meals.

3. Such border who is eligible and intends to continue their studies in Podar institution in the next session may request to put their bedding in the cloakroom during the summer break on payment as per rules.
4. Border request the facility of the cloakroom will prepare a list of bedding items and hand it over to the warden and get the receipt for the same. To get back the bedding this receipt will have to be produced.
5. Boarders are advised (A) not to keep with them valuable of any nature and kind and (B) not to keep with them cash exceeding Rs 500/-. Excess cash can be deposited with the college/school cashier and a receipt may be taken for the deposit. If the border ignores this advice, they do it at their own risk. The management is in no way responsible for the loss/theft etc. of the valuable/cash of the hosteller.
6. If any boarder leaves the hostel on his own accord in mid of the session and thereafter requests to rejoin the hostel in the same session, he will be required to pay Rs 500/- regarding processing charges and all the dues, if any, outstanding against him.

A well-maintained college canteen is operated by catering professionals. Students are offered a wide range of snacks, beverages, and a variety of dishes and vegetarian-only meals.
